This four level, 1,000 space parking garage, is connected via sky bridge over the rail lines to the North Point office complex (also designed by Payto Architects). The design for this structure hinged on several very important criteria prescribed by the client. First, the garage was not allowed to obstruct the view from anywhere on the first floor of the office complex. Second, the client did not want to see any of the automobiles parked in the garage. Both of these requirements were achieved in this award winning low profile garage, which opens onto one of the busiest streets in Downtown Cleveland.
